A copy of the string tag that is attached to the undercarriage. The text on this hang tag is the same as the text stencil printed on the outside of the wood crate. The METHOD III may have had something to do with the government approval for Persons Majestic to produce these undercarriages which appear to be painted the flat army dark green color. The PKD SRA 1/56 appears to me to mean the wood cases were packed in 1956; if my guess is correct then these undercarriages were produced for war time bikes but never used (maybe because the war ended).
