| This is a small ceramic keepsake container that was purchased in New Orleans by friend Gene Smith (Smitty) in 2013 while he and Suanne were on a cruise down the Mississippi River. The store only had two of these so Smitty bought both & sent one to me. The dimensions are 3 (L) x 2 1/4 (W) x 1 7/8 (H) inches. | A beautiful presentation for a box of wonderful Italian chocolate candies which Kay & I purchased while in Milan, Italy. The design appears to be a reproduction of an American graphic of a womens race on Boneshaker Bicycles (Velocipedes). The inside of the box has 48-cavities which held the 48-pieces of delicious chocolates (they are long gone but we kept the box because of the wonderful design). The dimensions are 17 1/4 x 8 1/2 x 5/8 inches. The package contained 374 grams (about 13 ounces) of chocolates. [Item# Container-Paper-14] | |
