| This is an original poster (not a reproduction). The Cycle Tire Division of the United States Rubber Company of Indianapolis, IN had this poster produced and distributed it to retail stores selling bicycle tires through the distributors (jobbers) who sold U.S. Royal bike tires & tubes. The purpose of this poster was to teach bicyclist the meaning of traffic signs along the streets and highways. Bicyclists are responsible for obeying the same traffic laws as other vehicles (including autos & motorcycles). The poster was folded twice into a quarter of the original size for ease in distribution. The dimensions when unfolded are are 11 x 17 inches, when folded 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches.
