Everything Bicycles Logo Mirror |
AVAILABLE TO SELL, I HAVE A DUPLICATE! There are two (2) plates of glass; the inner is a mirror, the outer is clear glass with teh Everything Bicycles logo printed or eched (I`m not certain of the process). This is an exact replica of our logo of the man riding the `Star` high wheel bicycle in front of a large building which I think is the factory that produced the `Star` bikes. The dimensions are 12 3/4 x 18 3/4 and the condition is perfect. A little history; the reason I choose this as our logo is because the `Star` was developed and produced in the USA while the Ordinary high wheeler (large front wheel) was originally invented in Europe. Mr. George W. Pressey, the Star`s inventor, received two patents for the Star in 1880. [Item# Mirror-001.a] |

A Group of 3 Small Round Mirrors |
The mirrors are 'set' into a molded plastic disc with a loop at the top. These were produced in Japan, I think by National, a huge company producing bicycles in addition to electric items and appliances. There is a country flag on the back of each mirror and the words for 'good morning'. There is Japanese Kanji writting on the front and back of each mirror. The top mirror (1) is the flag from Germany with the words 'Guten Morgan', the center mirror (2) is maybe a flag from Spain (it is the Spain colors but the Eagle is unusual) and it has the words 'Buenos dias', the lower mirror (3) is the flag of Portugal with the words 'Bom dia'.
