This page for January & February features Tom Snedon in the feature picture. Tom was a terrific guy & capable bike racer; he was on our Nishiki-SunTour Montrose Cycle Club Team for several years. A letter from Keizo Shimano (the middle brother of the 2nd generation Shimano family involved in the business) accompanied the calendar in the shipping tube. An original poster/calendar which was distributed to retail bicycle stores that sold Diamond Back brand BMX bikes by WSI (Western States Import) the owner & distributor of the two brands. The edges have some wear because this poster was hanging in a bike shop. The two BMX photos at the top were shot by Bob Osborn (left) & John Ker (right), both famous photographers in the bicycle industry. the two lower photos of road racers were shop by Dave Hardy (left) & Alan Degasis (right).
