The bulletin was included within the Schwinn Reporter publication which was mailed to all Schwinn Dealers at the time. The information was capably authored and illustrated by Jack Natanek. This bulletin covers (1) servicing the Shimano Rachet Stem Shifters, (2) servicing the F & F2 Freewheel Clusters, and (3) elimination of excessive play in Extension Brake Levers.
