This is one of the original posters that New Departure sent to Bike Shops for POP`s (point of purchase display). The dimensions are 16 x 25 inches. The text under the photo is; `Climax of the Fifth Annual Bicycle Pageant, sponsored by the Chicago Times Athletic Association at Hanson Park Stadium, Chicago, was the selection of the Bicycle Queen, shown here with her court`. The text on the poster is; `Such pageants as this emphasize the part the bicycle is playing in building the nation`s health during these hectic days`. I noticed that the bicycles laying in front of the 16 beautiful ladies are decorated with colored paper and they are not all the same model. I do not think that Hanson Park was named after the famous Jack Hansen, founder of Chicago Cycle; the names are spelled differently.
