An embroidered patch representing the ABL of A which was the sanctioning organization for USA Bike Racing prior to the establishment of the USCF (United States Cycling Federation). The founder, John F. Kucharik (1914 - 2008 MGRHS) was a bike racer and a very sensitive and good individual. Kucharik produced the jerseys for the USA National and several State Championships, including California, for many years. The quality of their garments is unexcelled.
