Founded by Herb & Kay Guerr, two of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. O.D.I. (Ornate Design, Inc.) produced handlebar grips and other injection molded products. The company was acquired by Jeff Lurkis after which there was some litigation between Lurkis and the Guerr`s. Some time after the Guerr`s sold O.D.I., they started another company under the name of ATI (Applied Tectonics, Inc). ATI was located in the building owned by the Guerr`s at 3300 Kashiwa Street, Torrance, CA. Bob Osborn`s Bicycle Motocross Action, and Howie`s Everything Bicycles buildings were on the same street.
