An oval shaped cloisonne medal with an attached chain for hanging from the neck of the recipient. The dimensions are 65 x 48mm (2 1/2 x 1 15/16 inches). The Paramount Cycle Club was sponsored by Mulrooney`s Bike Ship in Paramount, CA.  They were a strong road & track club during the period. Gerry Mulrooney was one of the major contributors to building the Encino Velodrome in the late 1950`s and early 1960`s.
