This is a large size cut out page from a publication or it might have been printed as a poster or a portion of a large format book. It may have been a printed proof of a plate which was to be used in a publication. It is printed on very thin paper. It`s a comical satire with a poem (verse) included at the bottom; may not be in good taste but never the less it is related to bicycles. It is so long that I could not scan the entire page so see the picture gallery for the lower portion of the page which contains the poem. The dimensions are are 8 3/4 x 19 1/2 inches.
