A collage of 7 vignettes about two Wheelmen touring France by bicycles. Cute captions are under each vignette. The dimensions art are 10 3/4 x 15 3/8 inches and it is pasted onto a stiff card stock. On the reverse side of the card stock is an article from the August 3, 1941 issue of The New York Times Magazine titled AWHEELING IN THE PARK, which is about the popularity of bicycling in Central Park, New York, and the national sales of bicycles; `In 1899 bicycle sales totaled 1,089,000 and they dropped down steadily to a low of 180,000 in 1932. Since 1933 sales have been rapidly on the increase until last year (1940), when they totaled 1,300,000, an all-time high.`

The 1941 article from The New York times Magazine which includes a photo of the inside of a New York Bike Shop (The Bicycle Club on West 100th St.). Included in the photo is Mr. J. Aug, a third generation descendant of a family that started in the bicycle business in Boston in 1872.
