 | | Since Howie Cohen's passing, no items are for sale. | | This publication was founded by Jim McFadden who reported on all types of racing; track, road, stage, cyclocross, etc. Starting in 1974 this publication will print 10 issues per year, from April through January (of the following year). This particular issue features a report and photos of the Nishiki-SunTour Team (Montrose Cycle Club which was sponsored by Howie`s company) racing in the Tour of Mexico. The members of the Team that went were; Rich Hammen (Captain America), Danny Nall (still working in the bike industry as of 2008), Lauri Schmidtke, Charlie Dixon and Tom Sneddon-manager. Bob Hansing, Howie`s close friend, managed the Club very efficiently. There is much more information and pictures about the Montrose Cycle Club - Nishiki SunTour Team in this collection. The full dimension of this publication is 11 1/4 x 15 inches; it is folded to 7 1/2 x 11 1/4 inches for placement in the display racks. |
