The A.B.L of A (Amateur Bicycle League of America) published this news letter to keep registered riders, officials and clubs informed of the work & policy of the officers, advise scheduled coming events of National & Sectional importance and whenever space permits to give results of the outstanding events. Anyone could apply for a mailed subscription for a small fee. These publications contain a huge amount of research information. This publication is from the collection of Phil Mole Sr., ex bike racer,  trick rider, cycling aficionado and ex owner of the John T. Bill Co., one of the major bicycle distributors in the Los Angeles area from 1895 to the mid 1980s. Many thanks to Pete Mole, Howie`s long time friend, for making it possible to share this with you. This image is the front page (page-5) and mentions many names well known in USA bicycle racing communities, including; Otto Eisele, George Knopf, Emil Fraysse, Chester Nelson, Frank Small, Charles Nolan, Bob Zumwalt, Don Gill, Fred Kugler, Eugene Porteusi, Ernie Seubert, Jack Simes, Oscar Wastyn, Herb Hoffman and many others.
