A pamphlet inserted into the January 1899 issue of The Cyclists` Touring Club Gazette magazine inviting readers to renew their annual subscription for a cost of $1.25 per year. It appears that the issues in this collection were mailed to America for an American subscriber from the British publisher. The reverse side of the pamphlet is an Application for Life Membership to the CYCLISTS` TOURING CLUB in accordance with the Resolutions passed at a General Meeting held in February 1888. The condition is good, the dimensions are 6 3/8 x 8 1/8 inches.
