This is the license that adorned Leona`s juvenile bike while she was in primary school. The dimensions are 4 x 2 1/4 inches. A little history; Leona was the first Cohen child born after Leo Sr. (Howie`s father) passed away and she was named after him. Thus the name Leo-na. She is now an adult and with the help of her husband, David, has produced a wonderful daughter, Samantha, Howie & Kay`s loving grand daughter who will be 5 years old in January-2008.
