This item is very cleaver; it is a `spinning` finger that we used to determine who would pay for lunch. We would spin the `finger` on the luncheon table and the person to whom the finger pointed would pay for lunch. It has a hole for the chain and also a hook for opening bottle caps. It was produced by Anlun, a wonderful Taiwanese manufacturer of bicycles, parts and accessories. Anlun produced bicycles, parts and accessories for many famous American brands, including but not limited to; Kuwahara, Red Line, Haro, Gary Fisher, and Peregrine. The owner was Sam Wong (Wang); he was ably assisted by Diana Sun, a very capable, knowledgeable  & charming person. The dimensions are 2 3/8 x 7/8 inches, the material is stamped aluminum.
