After retiring from the company he founded OFFICE KAWAI from where he continued assisting members of the bicycle industry worldwide. Jun-chan is one of Howie`s close friends in Japan; our families have spent a considerable amount of time together. Kawai-san is famous for helping many people & companies to succeed within the bicycle industry. He currently helps his son-in-law and grandson with their company named Joy Japan.
