 | | Since Howie Cohen's passing, no items are for sale. | | This is a carbon copy (cc) on tissue paper of a suggested outline for a handbook titled Bicycle Paths and Cycle Touring written by Roland C. Geist. Carbon copies on tissue paper were the common practice at the time because word processors and photocopy machines were just in their infancy stage. There are three (3) copies of this document which indicate that Geist planned to or maybe did send a copy to several different recipients. Geist did send one copy to Horace Huffman (aka Huffy) suggesting that Huffy or the B.I.A. publish a handbook. Letters from Huffy to Geist dated April 11 & 17 (in this collection) make reference to this outline. The dimensions of this document are 8 1/1 x 11 inches. |
