WCCSC purchased a large amount of Excel front hubs and axle sets. Howie was involved with these purchases. We used their front hubs to assemble built-up wheels which we sold by the hundreds to bicycle stores. This is one of their adverts, it`s from the 1957 Bicycle Journal magazine.
