The dimensions are 6 1/4 x 8 inches for the large and 2 x 2 3/4 inches for the smaller size. The art is a line drawing of the Everything Bicycles logo, of a man riding a STAR high wheel bicycle. The STAR was an early American high wheel bike designed for racing. The two main differences between the STAR and an Ordinary (or Penny Farthing) high wheeler was that the STAR had: (1) a small front wheel & a large rear wheel, quite the opposite of the traditional high wheel bicycles; the purpose was to prevent the rider from taking a `header`, and (2) the cranks were on a ratchet system so they were pushed downward and sprang back, in comparison to the cranks on the traditional high wheeler which were pedaled around a circle. |
