Delta was the leading bicycle light maker from the 1940`s through the 1950`s. Delta produced a wide variety of models of lights and horns; they were the most popular brand and are collectors items today. Howie purchased hundreds, if not thousands of Delta products for distribution the bicycle stores in the late 1950`s and early 1960`s. See eight (8) of the models stocked by West Coast Cycle (WCCSC) in the 1962 WCCSC catalog (pages 65 and 66) in this collection. It was fashionable for Distributors to include the Delta logo in their trade magazine advertisements (see the classic period of Bicycle Journal and American Bicyclist magazines in this collection).
