The clarity of this scan is not even close to the detailed engraving. The text on the reverse side is; `Bicycling grows rapidly in popularity after development of the `Safety` bicycle; JULY-6 to NOV-20 - Bitter strike over reduced wages by Steelworkers of Homestead, PA; NOV-8 Grover Cleveland reelected President after interval of four years.` The coin is in a mint plastic container. The color is Gold but I am not certain the material is genuine Gold. The diameter is approximately 45mm (I didn`t remove it from the plastic case for an exact measurment). |
