The company distributed bicycles, parts & accessories to retail bicycle stores. Bill was a cat-1 bike racer and operated a retail bicycle store for several years before they changed to the distribution side of the industry. The main focus of the company was to sell European products specializing in Italian made bicycles, parts & accessories. However they also distributed some Japanese and American made products. They published a quarterly Brochure/Price List for bicycle retailers starting in September 1983. Bill & Carol currently (2011) write & publish books; The Story of the Tour de France volumes I & II and The Story of the Giro d`Italia volume-I are currently available at book retailers.
