The company had an idea to produce the frame, fork handlebar, hubs, freewheel, chainrings, caliper handbrakes & chain from a patented engineered plastic (resin). According to the catalog, the people involved in the company were; John P. Marzullio, Roger Stark, & William Thompson. I don`t recall if this company ever sold the advertised bikes; I do not recall seeing them in the market. The dimensions are 8 1/2 x 11 inches.
