Kabuki brand bicycles were distributed in America and Canada by the C. Itoh Co. Most or maybe all of the models were produced by Bridgestone Bicycle Co., Japan`s largest bicycle producer at the time. This catalog is actually a multi-folded brochure consisting of 20 separate panels (10 on each side of the long sheet. The dimensions are 9 5/8 x 40 1/4 inches. Each of the 20 panels measures 9 5/8 x 4 inches. This image shows the front & back outside covers (two panels). See the picture gallery.
