Since Howie Cohen's passing, no items are for sale.
I am not certain who the rider is (it looks like Simes). The photo is applied to the medal casting and covered with clear. There is a curve to the buckle and the dimensions are 3 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches. This item is no longer in my collection.
