Convention which was held at the Boca Hotel & Resort in Boca Raton, FL. My guess is that this photo is from the early 1970s. Shown L-R are: Ethel Hayutin (Pettee Cycle of Denver, CO), Dinny Natkowitz (Shoffer`s World of Wheels, Baltimore, MD) and Irwin `Irv` Hayutin (Pettee Cycle of Denver, CO). Irwin was one of Howie`s close friends and business associates.
