| This photo #393C-21 is from the Quinn`s Bicycle Journal & Bicycle Business Journal magazine archives. The photo was taken at the Bicycle Institute of America (B.I.A.) Convention which was held at the Boca Hotel & Resort in Boca Raton, FL. My guess is that this photo is from the mid 1960s to early 1970s. Shown are L-R starting with the nice lady closest to the camera are: Mrs. John (Marcia) Clark (JCI), Jim Hayes (B.I.A.), unidentified lady, Chuck Gilmore, unidentified lady, John Clark (JCI), Mrs. Jim (Carmie) Hayes , five additional unidentified bike people.
