The photo was taken at the Bicycle Institute of America (B.I.A.) Convention which was held at the Boca Hotel & Resort in Boca Raton, FL. My guess is that this photo is from the early 1960s. Shown are M/M Milt Surre, Surre, Inc of Erie, PA. SURRE, INC was a factory representative selling to Bicycle Distributors for many of the parts & accessory manufacturers in the bicycle industry.
