This fine road bike is a Swiss Allegro belonging to my Swiss-TX amigo, Andre Bohren. Andre rode this bike for about 150 miles at the  Cino Heroica in Montana over gravel and logging roads in the summer of 2010. It was a gathering of vintage road bike enthusiasts decked out in vintage attire with their vintage bikes.
