In 1980 Medalist, a publicly held company, acquired 100% ownership of West Coast Cycle Supply Co. Medalist subsequently sold WCCSC to Derby Cycle in late 1998. This image is of the Stock Acquisition bound book containing the legal documents relating to the sale & acquisition. There are several hundred pages in this bound book.
