Item# 1963Book [1963Book]
Categories: Olympics (souvenir's, programs, etc. from the Olympic Games), | |
 | | Since Howie Cohen's passing, no items are for sale. | | This book is not relating to any one particular Olympic Games but because it contains the rules for the Games, I included it here as well as in the book section. It was compiled by Max W. Bottema, who has been affiliated with (1) CRC [Century Road Club of America], (2) South Chicago Wheelmen, (3) Illinois Cycling Association, (4) ABLofA [Amateur Bicycle League of America], (5) Bicycle Polo, (6) L.W.V. 'De Friesche Leeuw' of Holland, and (7) A.S.C. 'Olympia' of Holland. It contains 70-pages of details and rules of the period as well as many pictures of famous racing cyclists of the past years. The dimensions are 8 1/2 x 11 inches, the condition is good. |
