| Bob Lawson was a veteran cyclist of NY and organizer of the Madison Square Garden Whirl; he was also a trick rider, road/track racer, pacemaker. long distance cyclist, and member of the CRC-Association. Chris Hansen was a road and track racer and long distance cyclist as well as a cross country runner, swimmer and skater. I am not certain he is the Chris Hansen who was one of the founders of Chicago Cycle Supply Co. The dimensions are 5 3/8 x 3 1/4 inches.
