| Page-29 (A11) of the January 14, 1942 issue reporting on a court case where in a 63 year old cyclist was forced into a moving motorcar because of strong winds. The motorcar suffered some damage and the cyclist was in the hospital of 65 weeks from injuries. The judge ruled in favor of the motorist stating, 'He was also negligent in riding a bicycle that day under the prevailing conditions'.
